Lenovo T480 cpu idle temps 60-70C, gpu 50C
Like it says in the title, my lenovo laptop has been running pretty hot for the last month or two. These temps are been recorded with Speccy and that's the only application I have open when I'm "testing". I'm not sure if this is something I need to go in for and have tech support repaste (maybe? not sure if you can repaste laptop CPUs/GPUs) or blow any possible dust out of the internals. Any help is appreciated!

Have you tested with any other monitoring software? I've seen Speccy report incorrect temperatures before so I think you should run another program to be safe. I personally like to us CoreTemp
Depending on how long you've had the laptop it's certainly possible it's dusty or the thermal paste has degraded and causing it to get warmer than it should.
