Need Help Choosing Parts

i am confused on what lliquid cooling parts to get. This setup is an over the road setup and moving the case/computer to my house every weekend.  I plan on installing a 30 series gpu so I’m thinking this system will probably get quite warm inside. Any suggestions would be appreciated

First thing I noticed is that you didn't include a CPU on that list. 

As for liquid cooling parts, an AIO liquid cooler like the one you chose comes with everything you need, you can drop that Thermaltake Engine 27. It's not a great cooler and isn't necessary to include a second CPU cooler anyway.

Ok. As far as system parts. I have baught a i7 10700k to go in here

That would make for a solid high-end build then, and from Thermaltake's specs everything looks like it should fit on the case you chose so I don't really have any complaints.
