Few things to note here. First thing is that you can drop that Noctua low-profile cooler since you have the AIO liquid cooler selected. It wouldn't be appropriate for a 10850k anyway. 

Second thing is I would personally go with a different case with better airflow. Ideally you would be overclocking on a chip like the 10850k and more airflow helps with cooling, and therefore overclocking. The Fractal Design Meshify C or the Lian Li Lancool II would be my choices. 

That said, looks like your price target for GPU is $500-600, which is where the 2070 Super and the upcoming RTX 3070 (which you should probably wait for) are. I'd personally go with a cheaper processor like the i7-10700k, which is still very close in terms of gaming performance, and up my budget for the GPU to the ~$700 range which is where the RTX 3080 is going to sit.
