What are you planning on doing with your build?  Are you just gaming or looking to do streams or content creation?  What kind of games are you planning to play?  So far, the build does look good.

I plan on mainly playing games such as CoD, Overwatch, Rust, WoW, Rocket League, and probably a few others. I wanted a good started PC that will run fast and that I can upgrade if I get more into it (mainly an Xbox gamer now).

The RX580 will work great with Overwatch, WoW and Rocket League for your monitor.  Ideally you should be hitting 144FPS since your monitor is 144Hz.  These games aren't super demanding and should work for that GPU.  You will see lower frames on CoD since that game is more demanding but should still be completely playable!  You may want to lower some graphic settings to provide more frames. 

You can always upgrade the GPU later as well, if you are finding that you aren't getting the performance you want when it comes to more demanding games.
