Need Help Choosing Parts

I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice. When I put the system together and try to power it on nothing happens. I have read that it could be a BOIS issue or I might need a bigger power supply. Any advise would help.

I would like to check, the PC just isn't powering up when you press the power button right?  Or is it starting up and you are just not getting a display?

It was not doing anything when I push the power button. Turns out the power button on my case is bad.

Did you double check and make sure the front-panel cables for your case were connected properly? I rarely see power buttons actually go bad on cases, it's usually because it's not plugged in at all or isn't plugged in correctly.
