Streaming (picking a pc)

Hello, I had a question. So I I have a PS4 and wanted to start streaming on twitch. I bought a camera, microphone, and elgato. The problem I’m having is the laptop I have can’t support the stream. Now I wanted to know about getting a pc that will allow me to stream. I don’t want to Game on my PC I just want to stream from it for the moment and possible maybe later upgrading so I could play on the PC. I just wanted to know my options if possible.

I made two builds,

The first one is Intel based, more pricy, but I made this to be a great machine once you add a decent graphics card to it.

The second one is Ryzen based, less pricy, less powerful if you do plan on making this a gaming computer.

When you say stream from it, you mean stream your console gameplay correct? Both of those should handle streaming well, just keep in mind you need to include a capture card as well if you're trying to capture gameplay from your console.

Yes stream console gameplay but also like being on twitch with a camera so people can see me. I’ll prob use OBS. Also i have an elgato HD60 would I have to Upgrade the capture card? Or would it be fine? Thank your for your response it is very helpful

If you already have an HD60 that will be just fine.
