needing info on a new larger monitor (but not too big)

Hi I have some questions about a larger monitor. I have a MacBook Air but now teaching on Zoom so I am thinking about getting a larger monitorn (not too much bigger but something like 24=-25" or a bit larger) I would only use it for teaching and not alot of other things.. I was wondering what more I need to know and also how would it connect to my computer and costs. etc. I am new to this but would love to hear responses.

Unless you have a big desk and are going to keep your monitor farther back, I wouldn't go any larger than 24-27" personally.
