I'm looking for pole building construction software that includes material list. Anything available?

You could try AutoDesk. If you're looking for professional grade software to do this and generate material lists, Revit would be the way to go. They do offer a free trial, but it is fairly expensive. Also Sketchup is worth considering as well and will do everything you mentioned.
I did look online and saw some sites offering software built for this like smartbuildsystems.com and cadpro.com. I have no experience and I would read some reviews and check around online for opinions on these two companies before investing in either. Revit and Sketchup are going to be what we can recommend.
