The build looks good! You should be able to play GTA5 and Fifa on that with no issues, though Call of Duty may cause some frame drops if playing at the highest graphical settings.
You will need to get a CPU Cooler as the 9600K will not come with one. My recommendation is the popular Cooler Master Hyper 212
