I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice. I am trying to get the best parts for the lowest price, should I make any adjustments to this list?

That's a solid budget build all around. One thing you could change if your budget is tight is you could go for the Ryzen 3 3300X instead of the Ryzen 5 3600. It'll be about the same gaming performance, maybe a tad slow in a handful of games that are better with multi-threaded performance, but let you save a little more cash and you could apply it to another part of your build like a larger SSD.
