You don't need more fans since the Lancool II Mesh comes with four in the box already. Build looks good all around, although I'd definitely wait until the RTX 3000 cards hit the shelves to see what kind of price drops we might see on the current models. Only other thing I'd change would be DDR4-3600 memory instead of DDR4-3200. 3600 is the sweet spot for third gen Ryzen chips.
