Incorrectly marked USB?

Hi.  I bought a Micro Center branded USB 3.1 64GB USB stick, impulse sale at checkout.  Smart putting them there, lol.  Problem is, I plugged it into the system and it comes up as 32 GB.  What's up with that?  I don't have the receipt anymore; this was bought a month or more ago and was sitting in a box until I needed it.  Can I bring it in and exchange it for an actual 64 GB USB stick even w/o receipt?  I figure it helps that it is marked "Micro Center" right on it, so at least they don't think I'm trying to get one over on them heh.

PS: I'm using Windows 10 Pro x64, so it's not like I'm on some ancient OS that doesn't support 64 GB volumes.  If I put in a real 64 GB stick, it shows 64 no problem.

It may not be properly formatted. Right-click your start button then open Disk Management and find the flash drive. See if it has any unallocated space or another volume adding up to the rest of the space. If so, you can just erase and reformat it and you should be good to go.
