Need Help Choosing Parts

Although I went alittle cheap on the graphics with the new ones coming out I wanted to make sure I am ready to upgrade

Overall the build looks good, but I'd definitely recommend a different case that's more focused on air flow if it were me. Ideally you'll be overclocking the 10700k and airflow is definitely important because overclocking is very temperature sensitive. Something like the Cooler Master NR600, Lian Li Lancool II Mesh or Fractal Design Meshify C would be good options to look at. 

You also don't need Windows 10 Pro. Pro has features specifically targets for business and enterprise use, so unless there's something in Pro only you really want like Bitlocker, you can save some money and just stick with Home instead
