Are lines outside the store allowed?

Planning to get to the St. David's location for a 3080 late at night tonight, probably around 12-1am. Are we allowed to line up outside the store, granted we're > 6 feet apart from each other? If not, how is Micro Center planning on making sure that those who arrived first get the vouchers?
