My new pc keeps crashing and displaying the errors "Memory_Management" and "Attempted Write To ReadOnly Memory" I am totally lost and need help because if i cant fix my 1300 dollar pc ill probably throw it out of my 3rd floor dorm window. 
Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
Gigabyte Aorus B450 Elite
RTX 2070
16Gb Corsair Vengeance RGB @ 3200 speed
Corsair 650 watt semi-modular power supply
Samsung EVO 860 1tb m.2 sata
all in a Fractal Design Meshify C with a bunch of fans

To start I'd verify the RAM is running at the rated speeds, 3200. Did you load the XMP profile in the BIOS during the initial setup? Beyond that, run the built in windows memory diagnostics, or memtest86. I would also test with the RAM sticks installed individually.
