Canceling an order
How do I go about doing this? Tried calling customer support, was put on hold for 30 minutes and immediately hung up on upon someone picking up the phone.

We apologize for the wait. I sent you an email requesting more information. -
So I sent the order info over the email last night and I assume the work day was over and still have not received a response on being able to cancel the order. 18 hours~. Good way to get me never to shop here again.
