Why are employees saying that you can upgrade with the protection plans if its not true.
I recently upgraded my PC. Gutted my case and bought all new components. One of their selling points is that you can upgrade with the Protection Plan but as I've researched here, apparently that is false. I feel cheated honestly after paying over 500$ in protection plan costs based on that one selling point, especially with all the new tech coming out. So, I guess the question is what do I do now because I'm pissed.
