Cooling and Crashing issue

So i purchased the g705 back in february and the thing has been running pretty decently since the. but in the past couple of months it has began to crash every single time i turn it on and or at least once while it is on. i use the pc almost everyday and i originally thought it was a cooling issue that was causing the crashes so i attached an exhaust fan to the back wall on the build which only made the problem worse. the issue is not caused by a virus either i have webroot installed and every test that i manage to run comes back clean. what could be the issue and how can i fix it? thank you.

Hello @Shmevin
Is the PC giving a Blue Screen of Death? Any Error Codes? Does it just randomly happen when it is on?
