so with that im looking to get a good 1440 moniter for gaming any suggestions?

Couple recommendations I'd make. First, the 3800X doesn't have a meaningful performance boost over the 3700X. Might as well save that $30 and then get some DDR4-3600 instead. 

As for your monitor, do you know how much you were willing to spend? While we don't carry it, the LG 27GL83A is great 27" 1440p/144Hz monitor with a really good IPS panel. It's basically the baby brother of the 27gl850-B, without quite as wide of a color gamut, but that doesn't really matter at all for gaming. The Dell S2719DGF would also be a good choice.
