Assuming you want to stay in the same price range, I don't have a lot to add. There's nothing wrong with your build. If there's a budget you have in mind, we can try to help you min/max your build around that budget.

Thank You, This is my first build and I dont know much about computers. I was trying to stay around 700.

I would drop the the cooler and thermal paste. Put that extra money into an i3-9100F and use the stock cooler.
