Looking to mainly game - flight simulator, COD: Warzone, World of Warcraft and the like - what do you think?
PCPartPicker list but obviously i'll try to get as many parts from MicroCenter as possible. Budget is around $3K. I can push more if needed.

    Hello @Sunny

I would actually recommend either using the stock cooler the 3900X has or using a bigger Air Cooler, like the bigger Noctua heat sinks, or a 240mm or greater All-in-One when it comes to cooling.  I do think the Hyper212 is a good cooler, but with the 3900X coming with it's own stock cooler, I don't think the smaller performance increase for cooling is worth the amount.

Other than that, I think the build looks good, loving all the Corsair since I am a big Corsair fan.

This build will handle anything you throw at it. Especially at 1440p. If I could make a suggestion it would be to give the 3900X a more robust cooler.
Personally, I've seen great results using the Noctua NH-D15, I prefer the Chromax.Black version.
