PC Will Not Install Windows 10

Hey this is my very first PC build. I put everything together, following manuals and video tutorials making sure everything is hooked up properly. The PC turns on and will take me to the page that shows the system specs and status and stuff. But when i boot it up with my usb drive (with the windows 10 installer) plugged in, it crashes and then turns itself off. So i tried switching to csm mode, moving the usb key to number one boot priority. Csm support is on, legacy mode is on, and secure boot is off. But if i try it with those settings, itll start the windows installation process and then restart itself and restart the installation or just stop completely. The fans will still be on but the pc indicator lights turn off. I have no idea what the issue is, i even tried taking things apart and putting them back together but im still having the same problem. Please help🥺

If you're installing Windows 10, you'll want to use the UEFI BIOS instead of legacy. In general, installing Windows using the newer UEFI mode is preferred, as it includes more security features than the legacy BIOS mode. Legacy mode can cause issues with peripherals that may be causing the reset.

Staying in the bios, nothing strange happens?  Have you tried installing Windows onto the drive on another computer or booted up using a drive that has Windows installed?
