I'd recommend a few changes based on wanting to play Flight Sim 2020 and the budget you've shown. I'd change your GPU for a 2080 or better, and I'd recommend going with only 32GB. I'd also recommend changing your CPU cooler to one with a larger heatsink. Since you've selected a full tower, I can't recommend a low profile cooler. I'm a fan of the Noctua NH-D15, but any LGA 115x cooler will work with the 10900K.

The specs for ideal settings recommend by Microsoft list a better GPU. They suggest a 2080 or above, as FS is an incredibly intensive game.
