St Davis 3090 lineup

I'm here at Philadelphia st davis store. We all have been told that there till be 10 cards on store opening on the 24th. However more & more people are lining up past the point of 10, even 15. My point is I think it would be a good idea to hand vouchers on store closing or an hour before so that some of these people can go home.
