A $700 pc that can stream on Fortnite

i need a pc that can run Fortnite at 144fps whilst streaming at 1080p for around $700 this is just the pc not the moniter and stuff like that

This is a good build and what I would consider minimum to safely be in that FPS range on that particular game. You can drop the card down to a 1660 or 1650 to get into the $700 range, but I feel you're going to drop under your target FPS.

And is that already cool enough or do I need fans I’m really new to this stuff and is that what you listed every thing I need to build it ?

With Lian Li 205 you'll have two front 120's, and the CPU does include the AMD Wraith Spire cooler. It'll cool the system just fine.
