Graphics Issue

I recently completed a new build, everything runs great except for this  graphics issue. It only appears on certain open screens, this was only on the game screen the rest of my desktop was fine, it also changes as I move the mouse around. Have ASUS GeForce GTX 1660 Super Phoenix  . Anyone know if this can be fixed or is my graphics card defective? Be gentle plz last time I built a PC was over 10 years ago lol

Hmm, have you tried restarting your computer or reinstalling the GPU drivers? Seems a bit strange that it's only happening in certain windows and not the full screen. Let's see if we can't figure this out together 😊

switched my pc on one morning and now it is gone..... hopefully forever. Thankyou for the response and the willingness to help
