Power for cooling

Hi yall, right now i have a 850w psu gold+ and im planning to build a water cooling loop cpu and probably gpu if i can get RTX3080 soon. So will it be enough and a bit of head room of my 850w or it need more? I might OC. Please help i need your help asap

Nvidia is recommending a 750W power supply. Main power consuming component of a water cooling loop is the pump. Hopefully you're buying the higher end D5 pump. Runs on 12V and consumes 2A. That's 24 Watts. You'll fine on an 850W power supply.

i like corsair hydro h305i cooling kits, wondering will it be enough? 
My temporary specs right are MSI Z490 gaming carbon, i9 10900k, gtx 980 with 4x16 64gb ram, with bunch of fan

Looks like a decent block and the pump is a D5. Compression fittings. Looks like a pretty good kit overall and not a terrible price with the RGB kit. Though for $550, I feel like you could forgo the RGB, pick all the components yourself and squeeze in a full cover GPU block.
