That's definitely a solid build, but I noticed you chose a GPU that is meant for a water cooled system. I'd recommend choosing a different GPU. I'd recommend the option below or something similar.

The GPU that you linked isn't in stock at the local store in my area, how often do items get restocked?

I'd recommend waiting on a new 3000 series card as you'll get more value for the money you spend. You may have to wait some time for more inventory to arrive. If you don't want to wait, I found a similar option. Perhaps this one is in stock at your location?

We get shipments on a regular basis, however, the availability of new video cards is unknown due to the release of the new 3000 series cards and their limited production. Since they are so new, not many have been produced yet.
