Repair without receipt

We purchased an LG television in January of this year and now there is no picture on the TV. We do not have a receipt, but I have a reference number and proof of purchase from micro Center on my bank statement, it just does not specifically show what was purchased. Is there anyway Micro Center can look up our purchase using this information?

Hi ! I also have a similar issue, I purchased a Razer Blade from your Cambridge MA store a year or so ago and I need it repaired but I have no receipt or what so ever in my emails. I did have a student email that was deleted so maybe the receipt got lost with that email. Any help possible ?

Our service desk can definitely look up the purchase of that laptop using the serial number on that laptop if you want to bring it in.
