Looking to cancel my online order that has not yet shipped?

Hey, pretty simple. I've tried to call through to the Web Store phone line and it is either 1) closed due to inaccurate orders posted on my emailed receipt or 2) unable to have someone available when I have time to call during work. Anyone able to help me out? Thanks!
