PowerSpec G706 is having difficult connecting to the internet.

So, my new G706 computer is having difficulty connecting to the internet, I have been receiving 1 bar. My old computer was in the same position and the internet was perfectly fine. The ethernet works fine, but it runs across my house and I need to get rid of it, but I can't because of the internet. It is not the internet but is the computer. Any fixes, please?

Have you checked to ensure that the WiFi antennas are plugged in at the back of the case?

There should be antennas plugged into the back of the PC where these two little pegs are.

@lincoln Great question. On the back of your PC, towards the bottom, you should see two gold ports that are threaded. (Highlighted red)

Also, there should have been two antenna included within the box.

These boost the WiFi reception for your computer. Please ensure that they are screwed into the threaded ports for the best wireless experience.

Is it possible for you to come to the store and speak with one of the store managers?  They can definitely get you in the right direction when it comes to these antennas

That is correct, you don't need to bring it in, just speak with a manager.
