What kind of games are you planning on playing with this build and are you looking to stream/content create in the future?
I highly recommend the 10th Gen 10700k rather than the 9th Gen 9900k since the 10th Gen processors run a bit cooler. If not, you may want to consider a better CPU cooler as the 9900K runs pretty hot.
