Need Help Choosing Parts ($1000 budget)

With the PC: I plan to use it for school and gaming. For my school workflow, I tend to have many tabs open (10-15 google chrome tabs). For gaming, the games I play are: (Super Smash Bros. Melee via Dolphin Emulator DS games via Desmume and Genshin Impact) I also plan to use it with two monitors (1920 x 1080 p)

Buildwise, everything looks good!  You may want to look at a bigger GPU if available, a 1660 Super or Ti to cover your 1080p options.  The 1650 will work for most games, but with triple AAA, you may want to look at a better GPU.  

Another Melee Player??? Who is your main??  Are you playing Slippi Online?  I'm a Peach main who will always lose to low tiers and do ok vs high tiers.  Not to great of a player selfadmitted.
