G434 frame stuttering

Bougth apowerspec g434 a month ago and since then on games like minecraft, among us, and valorant have frame stutters every time i flick my mouse.  Minecraft is locked at 60 fps for some reason. However for other games like overwatch, there is no issue with me flicking my mouse.

Do you have V-Sync enabled in any of these games? I'd definitely make sure you go in to the games causing issues, disable V-Sync and uncap the framerates.

Just to be safe, I'd also go into the Nvidia Control panel and check the power management mode under manage 3D settings. Set it to adaptive or prefer maximum performance.

OK i did those things and it still stutters when i move my mouse.

It's on the left side panel. If it's not an option, it's not enabled. Are you connected with HDMI or DP?

HDMI,  i think my monitor has amd freesync is that the issue? @TSMikeW

It does, but that's utilizing DisplayPort adaptive sync. It's not a factor here. Make sure vsync is disabled in your games as well, and that it's not capping your FPS.

can i sync an rtx 2070 super with a freesync monitor?

Yes, you can turn on GSync and it'll work with a Free Sync monitor. You're going to need to switch to DisplayPort rather than HDMI.
