I am about to turn 14 and want an upgrade

My current gaming setup is a crappy MacBook Pro from 2010. I am looking to spend near $800 but if I need to go over a bit to get better performance I may be able to. I am looking to run games like fortnite, modded Minecraft with simple mods to mod packs, valorant, cod, apex, and any other new title, I will be doing photoshop, coding, and I’m thinking about dipping my toes into the world of streaming and content creation. I already have a keyboard, mouse, headset and my dad may be willing to give me his old work monitor until I can get my own better one. Any advice will be appreciated here. Again my budget is $800 so please help me out.

Weakest component is the GPU, but you'll have the power supply to upgrade this relatively easily in the future to most GPU's. RAM is at 16GB which you can double with the board I selected.

Will this be able to run games at 144 FPS 1080 p like the games I listed above

Most of those games yes. CoD might be a little rough pushing 144FPS at 1080P on the 1660 Super, but it'll be playable.

If I were to get a better card later down the line would the performance increase and if so about how much?

If I could upgrade the card what would I be able to upgrade to? I saw there is a dual version of the 1660 on amazon because the micro center near me is out. Is the dual one better?

@Salty_San0 The dual fan version will typically offer better temperatures under load, but very similar performance. Typically the next step up in performance on NVIDIA's side would be the RTX 2060. This would take you above the budget you mentioned but offer a boost in FPS.
