Would this system work with streaming using a capture card from my xbox (I have a good enough ethernet connection I just dont know if the computer itself would be good for that type of thing)

Depends on the resolution you're recording at. For 4K El Gato recommends an i7 or Ryzen 7.

I love that case but I don't like the lack of airflow underneath the GPU. That is my only gripe with the case.
