12 days to process order and 5 to 7 more to arrive is a little long for me

Would like to cancel my online order. Not sure why it would take 12 days to process, but that seems a little unreasonable. Given it's 5 to 7 days standard shipping. That might be something I missed in the ordering process or maybe it should be better explained. I noticed some other similar issues in the chat and I hope this is the way I should proceed. I'm about an hour plus away from a center. Maybe I will be able to make the trip at a later date. Thank You

Did you receive an email informing you that it would be 12 days of processing?  5-7 days would be the longest an order takes to process.  I can still get this order cancelled if you would like.

I could be wrong, but I thought it said upto 12 days to fill. This was on the website after the order. The email says will ship by the 12th. Still at least 14 days if there is no other issues. So if you could give me a more definite time line it would help, otherwise I would like a refund.

I was able to find your order, and see that the item notates a 5-7 day processing time. I see your order was placed on the 5th, and is still being processed. With our current bandwidth, we'd expect that the earliest could be delivered would be 7 business days.

Yes, if you could please cancel the order and process the refund. Thank you for all your help. Just didn't want this to turn into a multi week deal and become upset. Hopefully I'll be able to order and pickup.
