Can I get a dead motherboard serviced here?

Hey all, I've got a dead MSI X58M-SLI (old board, I know). MSI Support isn't taking online out-of-warranty service requests so I can't send it to their service center to be repaired. Can I have it fixed at Micro Center?

At this time we don't repair motherboards in our service department. Is there an obvious defect with the board, or is just no longer POSTing? -
I think I have a good idea of what's wrong with it, it's not powering on whatsoever.
