Need Help Choosing Parts

I already purchased the Phanteks Enthoo Pro and I have two optical drives and two hard drives in my existing machine I will transfer over.

Greetings. What is the intended use of the PC and your overall budget

Recording videos using Camtasia, website creation, light illustration (I live within the constraints of Photoshop Elements). I also convert my older blu-rays and dvd's to my Synology NAS. I use consoles for gaming but may use for recreational, non-competitive gaming. Using my case I already purchased, and carrying over my optical drives I want to stay around $1500 (give or take).
