Greetings @xShawn
It's a no POST. You can tell since it's not enumerating your USB devices and powering the keyboard/mouse. I assume this is a new custom build. We'll need to know what you have and preferably upload a few pictures of the build. -
I have a gtx 1650 amd ryzen 3 3100 oloy 16gb ram 3200hz power supply is evga 660w also monitor isn’t displaying any signal
-
Power supply is a evga 650w sorry
-
If you haven't already, read through our No POST troubleshooting guide here:
https://community.microcenter.com/discussion/2818/tech-article-how-to-troubleshoot-a-newly-built-pc-that-will-not-post-boot-power-on
That will help narrow down what the potential issues may be. Go through the steps there first, see if you can get it fixed. If nothing there works, it's likely either a compatibility issue or a defective part (or possible that something has just not been assembled correctly). -
Tried everything still not working, what do I do
-
Everything is compatible with the build

What motherboard do you have in the build?
-
Gigabyte a320m-s2h the only thing I got from you guys was a 1650 but that was months ago and I purchased the power supply and a new case

@xShawn
Not much in the way of diagnostic features on this board. I'd test it with one RAM stick installed. Verify you're connected to your GPU and not your motherboard, no APU on the 3100. -
Tried that already and I did , I’m not sure what an apu is

My monitor is plugged into my video card I think I have a dead motherboard

Have you tried removing the heatsink and cpu to check the cpu for any bent pins? if there are bent pin on the cpu it could be causing a bad connection in the socket which would cause the system not to post as well. If you check the cpu and there are no bent pins an it is still not working it could be an issue with the motherboard. if you wanted to make sure of what the issue was before replacing any of the parts, you can bring the fully built system in for diagnostics in our store.
