Need Help Choosing Parts

I am considering buying the PowerSpec G435 ($1,700). I will use it for photo editing. No gaming at all. I am wondering if I can build a better or more cost effective computer. Any recommendations on what parts would give me the best performance for photo editing in the same price range? I use Lightroom, Photoshop, Luminar 4, and Topaz Denoise AI. The new AI software puts a terrific strain on my current computer. Thanks for your help.

It uses a Ryzen 9 3900, which has more cores and more threads than the 10700K and this is recommended for content creation.  
I also upgraded the RAM to 64GBs of RAM for even more assistance when it comes to all the content making you are doing.  I did downgrade the GPU as the GPU isn't super necessary when it comes to rendering and the 1660Ti should work as good as the 2070 Super when it comes to this.
