Need Help Choosing Parts

Going 3800xt over 3700x for the higher clocks. will mostly be gaming. I want an rtx3080 but I'm not sure which variant to get. Does anyone think a 3080ti or super will be coming any time soon?

I personally do not think a 3080 Super/Ti are coming out for a good long while.  The build looks really good, a lot of high end parts like the Titanium PSU and the 980 Pro M.2.  

No real changes I would make with this build besides waiting for Zen 3/Ryzen Processors for even a better processor option.

Thanks so much! I really want to be as friendly to the environment as I can, hence the PSU, while also running quietly. I'm definitely planning on waiting for zen 3!

Might you happen to know if the PSU has a zero fan mode?

I would be VERY surprised if it didn't.  I can't confirm it and they don't have it listed on the manual from what I see however it should as a lot of lower end PSUs have zero fan mode
