Need Help Choosing Parts

Hello,
I am hoping to build my very first PC soon, but I have no idea where to start and what parts to choose. Just looking at each part is confusing because I have no idea what the description of each part means. I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction or even put together a list of parts for me. My budget is $800 (for just the PC parts, not the monitor), but it would be great if I could get it to be less than that. I mainly just play Minecraft, so it needs to be able to run that well. It would be awesome if it could run games like GTA as well, but if I can't get that with my budget that's fine. Thanks in advance!
