How to schedule a partial return? - Two Thirds of my order delivered by FedEx was incorrect.

I purchased nine Individual Lian Li Uni Fan SL120 fans (3pack was not avaiable) and it was delivered to a wrong address by FedEx. FedEx found the order and redelivered it to my address 5 days later. I opened the box and found 9 Individual Lian Li Uni Fan SL120 fans in the box. The issue here is, there are three black Lian Li Uni Fan SL120 fans and six white Lian Li Uni Fan SL120 fans. My order states that I ordered nine individual black Lian Li Uni Fan SL120 fans. So, if I order nine black Lian Li Uni Fan SL120 fans, I should get nine black Lian Li Uni Fan SL120 fans.

My question/s are:

• Since this product is not in stock, how do I request a partial return for a refund?
• Due to this big screw-up, will Micro Center offer free return shipping?

I have brought this up with one of my supervisors who handle issues with shipping orders.  They should be contacting you soon in regards to this order.
