Avexir Memory Compatible with Zen 3

I'm building a new computer using the AMD 5900X. I was planning on using my Avexir DDR4 memory. AVD4UZ130001608G-4RD 32GB (8GB 1024M x 64-Bit x 4 pcs.)DDR4-3000MHz. I'm going to be using a X570 motherboard and wasn't sure if this memory will work in the new system or has memory changed since I bought in in 2016? Thanks

Hi @1970shaker and welcome to the community.

AMD still lists DDR4 memory as its compatible memory type. So you should have no issue using your current memory with your new system.

For confirmation, if you check the specification tab on AMDs website, it lists that it's even compatible with speeds up to 3200MHz.

check your motherboard's QVL list..as i have had a problem with my ddr4 3600 ram where it would not work with my asus x570 prime p board..even though AMD said it would on their website..
Asus said the memory was not compatible with that specific board but it would be in different more expensive asus x570 boards
