What kind of budget did you have in mind for this build? Also, what do you plan to use this PC to do? (Gaming, Streaming, Productivity etc.)

I work at Microsoft with AI and etc.

cause i have 7 monitors so a threadripper is nessacery

Here is my take on your build, removing a lot of the extra accessories that I don't believe are needed and mainly focusing on the build.  With the additional budget, I got 2 3090s for SLI as well as increased the RAM from 1 set of 32GB to 4 sets of 128GB.  I also maxed out all storage for the space needed to save all your high resolution clips from your streams.  I would look to change the monitor here since the Apple Pro Display XDR is only 60Hz and isn't really made for gaming.

For fun, I also made a dual system build using the highest end parts as well.  One is a beast gaming computer, the other is also a beast streaming computer that can be used for general use.
