Just hard to recommend a video card right now with limited stock of the 2000 series cards (2070s, 2080s) etc and 3000 series cards. If you can get your hands on a 3000 card that'd be the way to go. If you wanted something now you could look towards a 2060 or a RX 5700.

If you're looking for a mesh case, I'd take a look at the Lian Li Lancool II Mesh.

The 3700X is a fine processor (I have one myself) but in terms of gaming it's pretty much the same as the 3600X. If you're JUST gaming, I think the 3600/X are the better buys because it leaves more budget for your GPU. 

Ultimately it comes down to preference.
