Need Help Choosing Parts

I put this parts list together and am looking for some advice.

Use it for game and work. Currently I have games like Borderlands 3, GTA 5, Witcher 3. Might play other games like Detroit on the new PC. 
Will also use it for graphics softwares like photoshop and 3D max (basic function)

I changed out the CPU cooler and your video card. You meantioned that you had a little bit higher budget than what you've selected in your build. So I wanted to take advantage of that with a higher performance GPU.

Another option would be to wait for the upcoming release of the new GPUs from NVIDIA or AMD. As there may be some great deals with their release.
