The GPU on my new Powerspec G434 stopped working

I purchased a new Powerspec G434 PC this past May that included a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 GPU.  Today, while checking email, the screen froze and had to manually reboot.... after which nothing appeared on the screen (black) at all. After quite a bit of testing, I found that I could get the display to work if I used the onboard video card. Trying to use the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 did not work. What to do... machine is only 5 months old?

    Greetings @EddieC312

First we apologize for the issues with your new PC. The system does include a one year warranty. All you would need to do is bring the system in for repair. I confirmed your warranty status and we'll take it from there. You were correct in diagnosing the system. You pulled the GPU and verified it was POSTing, isolating the issue. Most likely the card, small chance it's the board, but either way this should be covered by your manufacturers warranty.
