How do I unlock my account?

If your Micro Insider Account is locked, please click here to reset your password, and then wait for 15 minutes. The account should be unlocked and allow you to sign in again. 

We’ve included some simple step by step instructions as well.

1.    Go to the Account Sign-In Page here

2.    Click Forgot Password? Next to the password box

3.    Enter your Email Address into the box and click Reset Password

4.    If your email is linked to an Insider Account, you’ll see the image below.

5.    Check your email for the temporary password.

6.    Please allow up to 15 minutes for the account to unlock, then proceed to use the temporary password to login.

7.    Be sure to change your password!
